Wholesale Order Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering Ballon Blanc for your wholesale needs. Before placing your order request, we kindly ask you to review our wholesale terms and conditions thoroughly.

Please take note of the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): To access Ballon Blanc's wholesale pricing, orders must be placed in case/carton units. Our Wholesale pricing chart specifies the number of units per case/carton for each product.
• Minimum Suggested Retail Price (MSRP): Selling items below the indicated MSRP is not permitted. MSRP is indicated in the wholesale pricing chart.
• Payment: Full payment is required prior to shipping. Currently, we accept payments exclusively through Paypal, inclusive of applicable fees. Upon receipt of your purchase order, we’ll send you an invoice with the payment link.
• Shipping: Unless otherwise arranged in writing, Ballon Blanc will organize delivery of the order, with associated costs borne by you. Orders typically ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
• Returns for Defective/Missing Items: Requests for returns of defective items must be made within 7 days of order receipt, accompanied by proof of the defect or missing items. We will replace defective/missing items promptly. For refund requests, please allow 7-10 business days after receipt of the returned items in full. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
• Sales Tax: Sales tax will be applied to orders without a valid reseller's permit.
• Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders: Ballon Blanc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or delivery at any time, with written notice to the buyer.
• By submitting your purchase order, you acknowledge and agree to Ballon Blanc's Wholesale Order Terms and Conditions.
