Currently, sales tax is only charged on orders shipped to the state of California.
We do not ship outside of the U.S. at this moment. We are working on international shipments and will notify you upon any changes. The products on ballonblancusa.com is only available for shipping within 50 states in U.S.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO locations.
Your order will normally be processed within 1-2 business days from the date of the order. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. Any defective or damaged products can be replaced or refunded. Simply email us your order # and photo of the damaged item(s).
